Tiffany Hale, PhD student in History

Tiffany is a doctoral student in the history department. Her work employs methods from history, religious studies, and critical theory to consider how state institutions have dealt with the active presence of Indigenous religious traditions.  Tiffany holds a B.A. and M.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she studied Native American history. Although she is mostly a Californian, she is originally from Gallup, New Mexico.
