Tendayi Bloom is a Postdoctoral Associate in the Global Justice Program of the Macmillan Center at Yale University. Her core research examines forms of individual noncitizen relationships with States from the perspective of political and legal theory. More recently, she has been exploring how citizenship and noncitizenship is developed and understood by individuals in contexts of colonisation, and the implications of this for analyses of noncitizen and citizen relationships with States more generally.
